Delivery Charges and Shipping Information

 UK Customers 

This is a tracked service and will require a signature to be taken at tour delivery address.

Available for UK Mainland only.

We do not dispatch orders on Sundays and bank holidays

 

UK Customers

 

Standard UK Delivery £3.99 (2-3 working days)

With our Standard 2-3 working day delivery option, delivery takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. If you placed your order after 1pm then the order will be processed on the next working day.

 

UK Next Day Delivery

£6.99 (Monday to Thursday)

Order before 1pm on a working day (Monday to Thursday only) and your parcel will arrive the next day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be posted on the next working day (Monday) for delivery on Tuesday

 

Europe (Includes Mainland Ireland)

 

European Delivery - Includes Mainland Ireland (5-10 working days) £14.99

For European deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

We will do our best to make sure that your parcel clears customs.

We recommend you contact customs directly in your country to follow up any delays in the event that your parcel is held up. We are not responsible for any costs incurred as this is the responsibility of the receiver.

We use Royal Mail/Parcel Force in the UK to send our parcels.

Once it has left the UK, it then transfers over to the postal service of the country of delivery.

We are able to provide a tracking number within the UK but you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track  your parcel once the item has reached your destination country.



Worldwide Customers - Outside of Europe

 

Worldwide Delivery outside of Europe (7-14 working days) £19.99

For International deliveries please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

We will do our best to make sure that your parcel clears customs.

Shipping and Returning parcels

 

To return your product please include our returns  form HERE which should be filled in and posted to -

We currently do not offer free returns. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We advise you to always consider using a trackable signed for shipping service and would recommend that you obtain proof of postage with all returns as items lost on return will not be the responsibility of Charlie’s Pop Up Boutique

Sale Items or Discount Codes  

Any items purchased in a Sale or using a Discount Code will be refunded with an Online Gift Card Voucher. Items can also be exchanged for other products on our boutique.
